La Roche Community Mourns the Loss of Basketball Coach Scott Lang

The La Roche College community mourns the loss of respected  and accomplished men's basketball coach Scott Lang, who died suddenly on Friday, December 10.  Coach Lang, age 41, was in his 18th year at La Roche, the 14th season as men's basketball head coach, and touched the lives of countless players, students, faculty and staff. 

In remembering Scott, La Roche President Sister Candace Introcaso, CDP, Ph.D. said," Tonight we have lost a great friend, a man of unwavering faith and a beloved role model and mentor to his team and so many of our students." Sister Candace extends heartfelt sympathy to Scott's family, friends and the basketball players he cared for so selflessly.
