Bachelor of Arts

Education Department Website

This program prepares the student for a career as an elementary teacher. Students must meet all of the competency standards set by The Pennsylvania Department of Education. They must also pass the Praxis Tests for teachers. Students must maintain the following QPA requirements:For academic year 2001-2002, candidates for admission must have a 2.6 GPA to enter the program and a 2.6 GPA to complete (exit) the program and be recommended for certification.
