Faculty and Staff Participation

Faculty and Staff are encouraged to participate in all Commencement Ceremonies. 

On the morning of Commencement, Faculty and Staff are asked to gather in the Dance Studio on the ground floor of the Kerr Fitness Center no later than 9:15 a.m.  You may arrive in your academic robes or vest in the dance studio.  We ask that you do not bring valuables with you.  If your cell phone is in your possession, please make sure it is off or in a vibrate mode.

You will be instructed as to the Order of the Procession once all have arrived and are vested.

Faculty and Staff  who do not have Academic Regalia should contact the La Roche Bookstore immediately to make appropriate arrangements.

Invitations will be sent to all faculty and staff inviting you to process.  Please respond as instructed in the invitation.
