• Certificate in Retail Marketing (1-credit course): Learn strategies for this competitive profession in five three-hour workshops. Topics include evaluating retail formats, effective retail selling, customer service and consumer logistics.

• Introduction to Cyberspace Workshop (non-credit): Get answers to all the questions you are afraid to ask your son or daughter about the Internet. This interactive session covers blogs, chatrooms, spam, firewalls and identity theft.

• Designing a Professional Interview Portfolio (non-credit): In search of a new job or career path? This informative session will help you prepare a professional portfolio, an effective tool to help you succeed during the interview process.
