La Roche College’s graduate degree program in Human Resources Management (HRM) provides you with the tools necessary to manage a workforce. Our program is one of the few comprehensive human resource management programs in Pennsylvania. The HRM program will allow you to develop coaching skills and learn business principles and management techniques that you can put to use immediately to enhance your career and your competitiveness.
The La Roche Approach
At La Roche, you’ll enjoy small class sizes and personal attention from our faculty. Choose from three areas of study: Human Resources Administration, Training/Organizational Development and Strategic Management and Leadership. Your classes will provide you with valuable experience in research, planning, decision-making, group facilitation and group decision-making skills. We also offer specialized certification programs in Managing Information Technology and Change, Contemporary Concepts and Financial Aspects.
Worried about time? We make it easy to pursue a graduate degree by offering evening classes for working professionals. Our accessible faculty will know you by name and work with you to maximize your educational experience.
