Prerequisite requirements: Undergraduate statistics (3 credits), Undergraduate managerial accounting or finance (3 credits), Undergraduate human resource management (3 credits).


Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

• BSN from an accredited program
• Application
• $50 application fee
• Official transcripts from all post secondary institutions attended
• Current Resume or CV
• Essay of Professional & Academic Goals
• Two Letters of Reference
• QPA 3.0 or above
• Current Nursing License
• Work Experience Required
• Personal Interview


Health Sciences (Nurse Anesthesia)

For RNs who are not CRNAs:
Baccalaureate prepared registered nurses who wish to specialize in anesthesia must enroll in the health sciences graduate program on a full-time basis. These students will supplement their theoretical study at La Roche College with clinical experience at one of the following clinical site, Allegheny Valley Hospital.

The application process begins with prior acceptance from Allegheny Valley School of Anesthesia.

Admission Requirements for Allegheny Vallley:

• Completed application form
• A non-refundable $50 application fee, payable to Allegheny Valley
• Transcripts from nursing school(s) as well as each college attended including any community college transcripts; they must be final and official transcripts and must bear each institution's official seal and be sent directly to the school of anesthesia by the institution's registrar
• Three completed letters of reference forms
• Copy of current resume
• Copy of current nursing license
• Additional supporting documents may be required by the school of anesthesia

Upon acceptance from Allegheny Valley, a La Roche application must be completed and forwarded along with a $50 non-refundable application fee payable to La Roche College.
