Pittsburgh, May 25 – La Roche College will help the North Hills community celebrate cultural diversity at the 7th Annual North Hills Multicultural Festival. The Festival features ethnic food, cultural music and dance, and children’s games. Scheduled entertainment includes Indian dance performance, music played on Bangladesh instruments, a Cajun dance lesson and the Greater Harmony Chorus Chapter of the Sweet Adelines International. The La Roche College Dance Theatre will perform “Climbin’ Up the Mountain.”

The Festival will take place Sunday, June 4, 2006, from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Kearns Spirituality Center, located on the grounds of Divine Providence next to La Roche College. Guests are encouraged to bring food to share (to serve 12-15) from their cultural heritage for the buffet, which runs from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. This event is free to the public and will take place rain or shine. Guests should bring a blanket or chair for the performances.
