Pittsburgh, July 8, 2008 — On Friday, June 27, in collaboration with the annual Founders Day employee picnic, La Roche College President Sister Candace Introcaso, CDP, Ph.D., cut the College’s 45th birthday cake at an outdoor picnic at the McCandless Township’s main campus.

Forty-five years ago in June 1963, the Sisters of the Divine Providence signed the charter for what is La Roche College today. Growing from seven graduates in its inaugural year, La Roche has since graduated more than 10,000 students from all over the world.
