LA ROCHE STUDENTS NAMED WHO'S WHO CAMPUS LEADERS
Pittsburgh, May 25, 2010 – Colleen Ruefle, vice president for Student Life and dean of students at La Roche College, was pleased to announce that 44 students will be listed in the 2010 edition of Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
The students were nominated by a faculty member or administrator of La Roche based on their academic achievement, leadership qualities, contribution to the social/cultural life at La Roche, and participation in community affairs. A selection committee reviewed the nominations, and 44 students were chosen for inclusion in the book.
The students are: Anthony Allgeier, Ghazwan Almoazen, Edgar Asiimwe, Ashley Barnabei, Anne Bemis, Margaret M. Blank, Ruth Ann Blum, Drew Bosco, Andrew P. Bott, Andrea N. Carik, Tsvetan K. Chevganov, Christopher F. Churilla, Eva Marie Ciccotelli, Ashley M. DePace, Deyja D. Donohue, Julie Ann Fitzpatrick, Julia Flaherty, Sam F. Flori, Kylie R. French, Heather George, Louis S. George, George Githiaka, Leah D. Groves, Renee Ippolito, Adam Klickovich, Ryan S. Lalle, Yeon Lee, Jessica Leo, Joshua M. Litvik, Sandra A. Mamula, Dara L. Mieze, Ramakrishnan Mohan, Hodari J. The students not only had their names appear in the book, but they were also given a certificate at La Roche’s Honors Luncheon on May 7 and recognized during the 2010 Commencement on May 8.
