LA ROCHE COLLEGE WELCOMES NEW DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND MEDIA RELATIONS
PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania (June 29, 2011)—La Roche College welcomes Mary Gray DelBuono, the new Director of Marketing and Media Relations. She comes to the college with over 30 years of direct marketing and non-profit fundraising experience.
An alumnus of the University of Northern Colorado, DelBuono has held positions as a copy writer and creative director for various advertising and marketing agencies. Most recently, she ran her own marketing, fundraising and creative development consultancy. She is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Direct Marketing Association of Washington, D.C.
DelBuono says her background will hopefully make her transition into the La Roche community a seamless one. “As a Catholic marketing and communications professional, I am thrilled to join with the Sisters of Divine Providence and the staff and faculty of La Roche College as they continue their mission of scholarship and service,” she states.
DelBuono is the recipient of numerous industry awards, including both ECHO and DMAW Maxi Awards. She has created marketing and fundraising campaigns for international humanitarian relief organizations, animal welfare groups, political advocacy groups, Catholic and other faith-based charities, as well as B-2-B and B-2-C organizations.
