PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania (June 13, 2012) – The Education department of La Roche College awarded Meghan Weinman ’10 with its Young Professional of the Year Award during the College’s 2012 homecoming festivities in April.

Weinman, a resident of Pittsburgh, PA, graduated summa cum laude from La Roche with a bachelor’s degree in education. She is currently employed by the Brentwood School District at Elroy Elementary School. Weinman is an active member of the College’s Alumni Association Board and serves as a mentor to students currently at La Roche.
