INTERNSHIPS
La Roche College is conveniently located in a suburban area-12 miles from Pittsburgh. Numerous internships with police, probation and correctional agencies are available on an elective basis for academically eligible junior and senior students.
ALPHA PHI SIGMA
NATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE
HONOR SOCIETY
La Roche College houses the Delta Xi chapter of Alpha Phi Sigma. Membership is offered to students majoring or minoring in criminal justice who obtain a 3.2 overall GPA and a 3.2 GPA in criminal justice courses. Applicants must also rank in the top 35% of their class. Members are eligible for Alpha Phi Sigma annual scholarships and awards of excellence.
LAMBDA ALPHA EPSILON
AMERICAN CRIMINAL JUSTICE ASSOCIATION
La Roche College houses the Delta Lambda Rho chapter of the American Criminal Justice Association, an active Criminal Justice Club. Membership is open to all students pursuing a major or minor in Criminal Justice.
LA ROCHE CSI LABORATORY
La Roche College has a "state of the art" crime scene investigation laboratory. Students utilize the facility while learning the techniques of crime scene investigation taught by former Special Agents of the FBI.
