BRIEF BIOGRAPHY:
Victor A. Boerio has twenty nine years of experience serving in multiple education positions. From classroom teacher to administrator, he has set high standards for himself, his students, teaching colleagues and education leaders. His academic preparation in Theology was at both The Washington Theological Union and Duquesne University. Coupled later with work in Education at Dayton he has backed his advocacy for high standards in teaching with action research, data publication and policy reform. Working extensively in Southwest Pennsylvania and West Virginia he has taught at Wheeling-Jesuit University, Marshall University and the Franciscan University of Steubenville.
