Located in the Zappala College Center, the Cantellops Dining Hall serves the entire La Roche College community.

Each day, students and guests have an array of exciting choices to suit their dietary needs and personal preferences. All meals feature several entrees, including vegetarian options, and a variety of sides, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, salads and dishes made from whole grains. Guests also may enjoy deli sandwiches, grilled items, made-to-order omelets, house-made soups, decadent desserts, specialty ice creams and a variety of hot and cold beverages.

SAGE Dining Services, our dining service provider, serves real food, cooked from scratch, using locally sourced ingredients. SAGE's talented chefs design seasonal menus for the La Roche community, reflecting students' preferences as well as the fresh product available in the Pittsburgh region. SAGE's registered dietitians review and approve each menu to ensure it offers a wide variety of wholesome choices.

SAGE's daily menus are based on variety, flavor and freshness. SAGE believes that freshly made food tastes better, retains more nutrients and is safer for the environment. All SAGE food is free of trans fats and MSG. Learn more about SAGE's sustainable sourcing standards here.

The newly renovated Cantellops Dining Hall is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, and serves brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday. We are committed to making your meal plan as flexible as possible, with several options available.

All resident students are required to be on a meal plan.  All three choices provide the student with different options for different life styles.  The choices are: All plans run on a Monday through Sunday week.  Hawk dollars may be used for purchases in Redhawk Cafe or additional meal purchases in the dining hall.  Unused debit funds expire at the end of each semester.  Any unused debit funds are forfeited.

Commuter students may purchase a Redhawk Debit Plan to purchase meals in the dining hall or to use in Redhawk Cafe.  Contact the Student Accounts Office to sign up for the debit plan.
