The Design Division at La Roche University is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Adjunct Professor—Interior Architecture & Design. This position may be scheduled to teach during the 2025 Spring Semester and is considered an adjunct faculty member. The Adjunct Professor—Interior Architecture & Design role requires in-person teaching and may include courses in Foundations, Rendering, and History of Interior Design & Architecture. Adjunct assignments are part-time and may be temporary, on an as needed basis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide quality instruction for new and continuing students in our undergraduate Interior Architecture & Design Department
- Ability to teach, interact, and evaluate students who come from diverse backgrounds and levels of ability and promptly respond to student needs
- Regularly evaluate student progress and provide appropriate feedback
- Follow established teaching procedures and protocols within the Design Division and attend Adjunct meetings
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field required, Master’s preferred
- Ability to use online course platforms to present materials and evaluate student work
- 3-5 years of industry experience
- Prior teaching experience given priority
- Daytime availability is a plus
