Career Development
Career Development
At La Roche University Career Development is a three-step process of self-assessment, occupation exploration and career planning. This process is integrated into the academic experience to ensure preparedness for the workplace.
Students embark on an educational and professional learning track that allows them to acquire professional skills through engagement in career activities and co-curricular experiences. Beginning freshman year, Career Development provides individualized assessment tools and counseling to assist students in mapping out an educational path appropriate to their intended career goals.
As students progress through their academic programs, Career Development offers a full range of workshops, counseling, programs and online resources to support the transition from college to professional career.
