Albert Lee and Kate Koop Irwin, employment law attorneys, educators and corporate trainers, will discuss the ever-changing Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Law and address legal concerns related to medical marijuana, opioid and other prescription drug use in the workplace. Kate and Albert will review recent court decisions, the interaction between state law and accommodations under the ADA, potential conflicts with federal laws, the impact on workplace drug testing for applicants and current employees, andadditional legal challenges for employers.
