Message from the Director

Welcome to La Roche University and our residence halls!

It is our pleasure to have you as part of our residential community. Our residence halls are a vibrant and exciting part of the La Roche campus. Developing and building communities within the rich diversity of our campus, paralleled with our unique Catholic traditions, is the cornerstone of student and campus life.

The diversity, varied world-views, and experiences of our staff and student body provides opportunities for personal growth while here at La Roche University. Our residence hall program is designed to offer students pathways for cultural, recreational, social, and academic growth. Specifically, the residence hall environment provides opportunities that will enable you to develop valuable connections, friendships and experiences, while also building your leadership skills and creating memories to last a lifetime.

Becoming a Resident Assistant (RA) or joining our Residence Hall Association are excellent opportunities for you to hone your leadership skills, and to develop a positive and productive community environment in your home away from home. Our RA staff are skilled to provide you with a wide range of engaging programs and events while you live on La Roche's campus.

The staff members in the Office of Housing and Residence Life are committed to helping you resolve any concerns which may arise during your time on campus. Professional staff members, including myself and several other employees, live in every one of our halls.

Along with our RAs, our staff is here to serve as a tremendous resource and are trained to assist you in a wide variety of situations. Please do not hesitate to contact us in our office located in the main level of Bold Hall II, if you need assistance.

We hope that your time with us will be enriching and enjoyable and that we can support you in achieving your goals throughout your time at La Roche University.
