La Roche University is currently seeking applicants for a part-time Admissions Counselor within the Office of Graduate Studies & Adult Education. The Admissions Counselor will recruit qualified undergraduate and graduate students and will support prospective students through the admission process. This part-time position is for 20 hours per week, including occasional evenings and weekends, and reports to the Executive Director for Enrollment. The pay range starts at $19.00/hr.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruiting qualified undergraduate and graduate students
- Evaluating college transcripts and the supporting admissions materials submitted by applicants
- Maintaining frequent communication with prospective students
- Supporting prospective students through the admission process
- Working with other university faculty and staff to admit qualified applicants
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be available to work occasional evening and weekend hours
- Must possess excellent public relations, customer service, listening and counseling skills
- Strong computer skills essential
- Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to work independently, and be willing to travel as needed
