La Roche University continues to enhance and expand its health programs and is seeking qualified candidates for Adjunct Faculty positions in the Nursing Department to teach in our nursing programs:
- RN to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN-BSN) Completion Program
- Entry Level Master of Science in Nursing (ELMSN)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with specializations in Administration or Education
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program, Post Master’s Certificate
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Program

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging online or didactic course content aligned with program outcomes and professional nursing standards
- Facilitate meaningful discussions that promote critical thinking and application of nursing concepts
- Provide timely, constructive feedback on student assignments and clinical projects
- Mentor students in scholarly writing and evidence-based practice
- Collaborate with program directors and other faculty to ensure curriculum consistency
- Participate in program assessment and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Support students in their professional development and career advancement
Education/Qualifications:
For All Positions:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN, MN) required for RN-BSN Completion, ELMSN, and FNP programs
- Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field (PhD, DNP, EdD) required for DNP program
- Current, unencumbered RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in relevant specialty area required
- Previous teaching experience in higher education preferred
- Experience with online learning platforms and teaching methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to student-centered learning and academic excellence
Additional Requirements for FNP Faculty:
- Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of active NP clinical practice experience required
- Experience precepting NP students preferred
- Active involvement in professional nursing organizations preferred
