Financial Aid Community Night Scheduled for Jan. 27 at La Roche College

PITTSBURGH, Dec. 7, 2015 – La Roche University will help students and parents navigate the financial aid process at Financial Aid Community Night on Wednesday, Jan. 27 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

The event will be held at La Roche’s main campus in the North Hills in the Palumbo Science Center, Room 103. Financial Aid Community Night provides an overview of financial aid and the application process, a question and answer session, and a demonstration on how to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Counselors from La Roche’s Office of Financial Aid will be on hand to explain the process and answer questions. The session is free and open to the public.

“Financial Aid Community Night is an opportunity for anyone in the community to learn the fundamentals regarding financial aid for college,” Robert Clemens, assistant director of financial aid, said. “The presentation will provide insight into the application process, various aid programs, and will give those who attend the chance to interact with professional staff from the University.”
