PITTSBURGH, Sept. 20, 2016 – La Roche University will help students and parents navigate the financial aid process at Financial Aid Community Night on Wednesday, Oct. 19 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

The event will be held in the Ryan Room of the Zappala College Center at La Roche’s campus in the North Hills. Financial Aid Community Night will provide an overview of financial aid and the application process, a question and answer session, and a demonstration on how to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Counselors from La Roche’s Office of Financial Aid will be on hand to explain the process and answer questions. The session is free and open to the public.

“Financial Aid Community Night is an opportunity for parents and students in the local community to learn the fundamentals regarding financial aid for college,” Robert Clemens, assistant director of financial aid, said. “The presentation will provide insight into the application process, various aid programs, and will provide an opportunity for attendees to interact with professional staff from the University.”
