La Roche College to Host Virtual Information Sessions for Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice and Master of Science in Nursing Programs
PITTSBURGH, Oct. 14, 2016 – In November faculty from La Roche University’s Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Programs will host virtual information sessions for prospective graduate students to learn more about what these programs have to offer.
DNAP Virtual Information Session – Wednesday, Nov. 2 at 4:30 p.m.
The DNAP Program is a practice-oriented program that offers the opportunity for nurse anesthetists to prepare for advanced roles in today’s health care arena, including leadership roles involving health care policy, administration and education. The 26 credit program is offered online, can be completed in three consecutive semesters and has low residency requirements.
MSN Virtual Information Session – Thursday, Nov. 10 at 7 p.m.
Specialties for the MSN Program include Nursing Administration and Nursing Education. The 12-course online program for Nursing Administration prepares nurses for leadership roles in a variety of settings, while the 11-course online program for Nursing Education provides the foundation for nurses to enter educational positions in health care, academic settings and health-related environments.
