La Roche College Board of Trustees Appoints New Member

PITTSBURGH, May 10, 2018 – John E. Napolitano recently joined the La Roche University Board of Trustees. 

Mr. Napolitano is the co-founder of The Lann Companies, a real estate management consultant firm. Since its creation in 1991, the firm has successfully integrated its investment analysis, leasing, property management, construction management and asset management services to provide cost-effective solutions to building owners. Currently The Lann Companies oversees a portfolio of five buildings with a value exceeding $40 million.

Mr. Napolitano’s interest in real estate began at the age of 10 as he helped his father build homes. Since then he has held numerous positions in the real estate industry and served four years in the United States Air Force. Mr. Napolitano’s career took off when he relocated to Washington, D.C., where he became a trusted leader in commercial real estate management. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from La Roche University in 1981.
