Praying Through the Winter of Our Lives Retreat

Feb. 16-17

We are “seasonal” people. While our interior time frame may not always match the environment around us, we recognize that the assessment of our current inner disposition is not always the same. While it may differ to some degree for each of us, we can sense experientially an “inner Springtime,” an Autumn-like pensiveness, and the like.

The Praying Through the Winters of Our Lives Retreat, presented by Father Bernie Tickerhoof, may mean something different to each, but it probably means something to all. What it might mean to you, and what that might mean to all of us, is the focus of this retreat time.

Father Bernie is a friar of the Third Order Regular of St. Francis. Having received theology degrees at both the master and doctoral level, he has been involved in spiritual ministry and retreat work for over 40 years. Father Bernie has developed a variety of programs focusing on contemporary spirituality, Franciscan spiritual life, faith and biblical conversion, and environmental issues. He is a member of Franciscan Pathways, his community's retreat ministry, and has served for many years as a spiritual formator for his province in roles of both initial and ongoing formation.

Cost: $125. Includes the retreat, food and beverages. Overnight accommodations are available at an additional fee.

Contact or 412-536-1026 to register by Feb. 12 and learn more.
